Premises for creative actions and business incubation – POMAK was ceremoniously opened on 25 October 2017 in the Generala Gambete Street number 44/8 in Zaječar.
Serbian Development Agency co-financed the realisation of this project through the Programme of support to the business institutional infrastructure in 2016 with RSD 4.9 million, implemented by the Timok Youth Centre and the SDA – Regional Chamber of Commerce Zaječar.
This project was supported with the aim to encourage the local economic development through establishing the modern creative premises for joint actions and provision of services of incubation for accelerate and improve the development of newly established MMSPP.
With the realisation of this project Zaječar got the first Co-Working, multifunctional premises for joint actions of young creative people, freelancers, self-employed workers and young entrepreneurs who used to work from home or from a bar, since they did not have adequate work space.
The potential users of the services provided by the Premises for creative actions and business incubation – POMAK, can be all those interested young entrepreneurs who are creative, skilful and talented for some of the activities of creative industries such as for example graphic and web designers, architects, ICT software developers, performers of arts, advertisement, electronic publishing, and who can use the work space and all the services provided by the Co-Working Centre.
The premises have the full audio-visual equipment, a conference room and expert support available to all potential users.
